Since 12-Apr-2022 it appears that 3009 (m-Mawaqif SMS Service) does not recognizes your vehicles by the name you have defined in the m-Mawaqif website.
Not sure why that is!
You can alternative use the standard (long) messaging format, which is:
Format: SOURCE_PLATECODE PLATENUM S/P NO_OF_HOURS
Example: AUH10 12345 S 2 (Standard Parking 2 hours)
